Can I put a book on hold?

If you have a GW book that you do not yet want to check out, you can bring it to the 1st floor Circulation Desk, and they will hold it overnight for you. If you want to get a GW book that someone else already has checked out, you can place a hold or a recall on it to ensure that you are the next borrower to use it. Holds/Recalls must be made in person at the Circulation Desk. For faculty, see Faculty Retrieval Service.
