Description: Originally constructed as an apartment complex in 1989, the eight-story Dakota now serves as a GW residence hall, being acquired in 1999. Its concrete base resembles the stonework of earlier decades, and the gabled bays give it an authentic feel. Its gabled bays look like dormers and its concrete base and details are meant to resemble stone.
